About Me
With over 10 years in supply chain and procurement, I've navigated everything from complex SAP ERP implementations to hands-on contract management for organizations across Southern California. I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAP S/4HANA certified, and I hold a degree from Cal State San Bernardino.
I built IEContracts because I saw firsthand how difficult it was for small businesses in the Inland Empire to compete for federal contracts — not because they lacked the capability, but because they lacked the tools and knowledge to navigate SAM.gov effectively.
The federal government spends over $800 billion annually on contracts, with billions specifically reserved for small businesses through set-aside programs. Yet most IE businesses never bid because the process feels overwhelming. IEContracts changes that.
Mission
To give every Inland Empire small business — from San Bernardino to Riverside, from Fontana to Temecula — the same access to federal contract intelligence that large corporations pay consultants hundreds of thousands of dollars for. Federal contracting should not be a privilege. It should be an opportunity available to any qualified business willing to pursue it.
